Business Support Administrator
Location: Napier, New Zealand
Hours: 32 hours per week, office‑based.
Job type: Full time (pro‑rated for part‑time hours).
What you’ll do
- Deliver a warm, professional front‑of‑house experience for clients and visitors.
- Manage office supplies, coordinate events, organize catering and maintain office operations.
- Support project administration: scheduling, document control, meeting coordination, travel arrangements.
- Assist with finance processes including purchase orders, invoicing, and vendor coordination.
- Prepare and format presentations, documents and reports.
- Provide day‑to‑day support across MS Office, MS Teams, basic IT and meeting room/AV support.
- Support onboarding activities and contribute to a positive team culture.
