The Vale Community Resource Service (VCRS) is an integrated health and social care service within the Vale of Glamorgan Council, working in partnership with Cardiff and Vale University Health Board health professionals and community services to support individuals to remain independent at home.

We play a vital role in hospital discharge and admission avoidance, providing a responsive and person-centred reablement service to residents across the Vale. Our focus is on achieving positive outcomes through collaboration, innovation, high-quality interventions, and delivering services that make a real difference to people’s lives.
