Position Overview

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative, operational, finance, and system support to ensure smooth daily business operations
  • Process and verify subcontractor payments, working closely with the Finance team to resolve payment‑related matters
  • Maintain data accuracy and user access within internal systems, and coordinate with IT to resolve system issues
  • Support the preparation and submission of tenders, contracts, and related documentation
  • Assist in budget preparation, expenditure tracking, financial reporting, and variance analysis
