Business Support Manager (2 positions) – Short-term (approximately 1 year) / Full-Time or Short-term (approximately 2 years) / Full-Time. Location: Burnaby, BC. Job ID: 6881.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain close relationships with managers and teams within the assigned business area(s) to provide expert advice and support in managing and improving business processes and systems.
• Determine business requirements, conduct feasibility and impact analyses of information‑management services and technology, and ensure that processes, services, and technology solutions are developed and delivered to meet business and service‑delivery needs.
• Provide research, analysis, data stewardship, reporting, and project‑management expertise to accomplish the role’s objectives.
• Support BC Housing’s core systems as well as additional smaller systems and databases as part of the Business Support Manager team.
