About the role
In this role, you will provide high-quality administrative, purchasing and financial support to the City Infrastructure Division. You will coordinate purchase orders, resolve supplier and payment queries, maintain accurate records and data, and support the ongoing improvement of systems and processes. Working closely with a range of stakeholders across the organisation, you will deliver excellent customer service, provide accurate information to support decision-making, and contribute to the efficient operation of the team.
