What the day will look like



+ Manage stakeholder expectations across a complex, matrixed environment, balancing responsiveness, governance, and service consistency

+ Support onboarding of new leaders and teams into the EA support model, ensuring clear role clarity, service understanding, and smooth integration

+ Contribute to and support delivery of regional operational and transformation initiatives, including Project Atlas priorities and related change programmes
