Position: Business Support SpecialistLocation: Seoul, KoreaRole OverviewThe Business Support Specialist will be based in Seoul, Korea, supporting both the Vice President of APAC Business Development and the Korea office of approximately 15 staff. This role combines executive-level administrative support with comprehensive office management and facilities oversight, ensuring smooth daily operations and enabling the team’s productivity. The position reports directly to the VP, APAC Business Development.Key ResponsibilitiesOffice Management

+ Oversee daily operations of the Seoul office, including facilities management, vendor coordination, and liaison with building management.

+ Manage office supplies, equipment, and services to ensure a professional and efficient work environment.

+ Serve as the primary interface between the Korea office and corporate functions (HR, Finance, Legal, Marketing, etc.).
