We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Business Systems Analyst to lead and support business-critical initiatives at one of the top five banks in Canada. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and deliver technology solutions that align with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. The project that they will be dedicated to will be an NDA data mapping and data migration project.

Key responsibilties include the below:

-Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather and document requirements
-Analyze and improve business processes and workflows
-Translate business needs into functional specifications and system designs
-Support data migration, mapping, and integration efforts
