8+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst/Data Analyst in enterprise data warehousing environments. Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts including Dimensional Modeling (Kimball), 3NF, MDM, metadata, and data governance. Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT platforms and data pipeline processes. Strong SQL skills for data analysis, profiling, validation, and troubleshooting. Proven experience writing detailed business requirements, functional specifications, source-to-target mappings, and test cases. Experience working in Agile environments using tools like Jira and Confluence. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to bridge business and technical teams.
