Robert Half is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented **Business Systems Analyst II** to support and enhance Protiviti’s ERP platform. In this role, you will partner closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to analyze complex business challenges, define system requirements, and deliver scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency and user experience.

You will play a key role across the full software development lifecycle—leading requirements gathering, assessing system impacts, and designing and executing testing for enhancements and integrations—while also providing ongoing production support for critical ERP functions.

The ERP Applications team works in close partnership with Protiviti business units to support and optimize a cloud-based Financials ERP platform that powers core business processes including accounting, project management, time and expense, invoicing, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance.
