Provides assistance to application users in their daily production issues/help desk assistance and coordinate with appropriate unit such as IT Units and or external vendor for the resolution.
Implements service level standards to ensure timely resolution of production issues.
Assist in the implementation of production fixes such as
Prepares and reviews Incident Report / Business Requirement
Prepares and reviews Work Plan / Schedule
Conducts UAT for production fixes needed
Provides update to Supervisor on resolution of issues.
Consolidates UAT documents
Performs EOD/parameter maintenance in testing environment
Conducts walk through with Business Unit for fixes implemented
Prepares required documentation and sign-off needed for production implementation
