Description

The Business Systems Analyst (BSA) will partner closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners, and Scrum teams to deliver high‑quality solutions across complex financial systems. This role is responsible for leading business analysis activities throughout the project lifecycle, including discovery, requirements definition, user story creation, testing, and implementation support. The BSA will act as a liaison between business and technology teams, ensuring clear traceability from business needs to technical delivery.
The ideal candidate brings strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, extensive experience working within Agile/Scrum environments, and a solid understanding of financial services applications. This role also involves mentoring junior analysts, leading requirements and testing efforts, and collaborating with on‑shore partners to successfully deliver initiatives aligned with business objectives.
