The Business Systems Architect Principal is central to BT International’s transformation from traditional telco operations to asset-light service delivery excellence. The role is for a deep technical architect, not a delivery or project professional. This role owns the architectural vision for BAU systems (sales, service, enterprise) and service operations transformation (AI Ops, Service Desk, L2C, billing, inventory) that directly impact operational efficiency, cost-to-serve, and customer satisfaction.
