Position Overview

Responsibilities


  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand challenges and design scalable, effective system solutions

  • Own and deliver end-to-end projects, from solution design to hands-on implementation

  • Build and optimise workflows, integrations, and automations across our SaaS ecosystem

  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences

  • Collaborate with architects and cross-functional teams to evolve our systems architecture

  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and data integrity across the business
