Insight Global Consulting is seeking a Business Systems Specialist I to support a large-scale utility client’s Asset Knowledge Management (AKM) and electric mapping initiatives. This individual will play a key role in supporting process improvement, documentation development, and program coordination across As-Built and Request for Work workflows.
This candidate will partner closely with process leads and stakeholders to ensure workflows are clearly documented, trackers are maintained, and issues are proactively managed. Responsibilities include supporting technical documentation, coordinating meetings and communications, updating reporting inputs, and assisting with training and process improvement initiatives.
