Reporting to the Senior Manager, Strategy and Transformation, the Business Transformation Consultant plays a critical role in enabling transformation across the organization by managing the roadmap, intake, and value realization of key transformational products and platforms. This is a business-side role, focused on helping business units identify opportunities to digitize and simplify, create operational efficiency, and deliver measurable outcomes. The role acts as the voice of the business in governance and roadmap development, ensuring our transformation products are aligned to strategy and evolving needs. In addition, this role supports organizational change management strategies and deliverables on key strategic transformational initiatives.
