Under the direction of the Supervisor, Food & Beverage, the Bus Person supports the service team by maintaining a clean, organized, and guest‑ready dining environment in the F&B areas. This role contributes to a safe, efficient, and welcoming workplace while upholding all company policies and procedures.
Key Accountabilities
- Greets guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Assists in seating guests when required and supports servers during busy periods
- Clears and resets tables quickly and efficiently
- Ensures tables, counters, and service areas are clean, sanitized, and properly stocked
- Restocks cutlery, glassware, plates, condiments, and service stations as needed
- Supports servers by delivering food and beverages when appropriate
- Monitors guest needs and communicates requests to servers or management
- Assists in resolving guest concerns by notifying the appropriate team member
