Prepare and cut meat as per customer and business requirementsBone, trim, slice, mince, and tenderise meat productsEnsure proper weighing, packaging, and labelling of productsMaintain hygiene and food safety standardsMonitor stock levels and assist with inventory controlWork with the team to meet production targetsProvide excellent customer service when required
