Per hour: €16 – €18 DOE
Responsibilities of this Butcher:
Prepare, cut, trim, and package a variety of meats to customer specificationsEnsure the highest quality and freshness of productsMaintain a well-stocked and visually appealing counterProvide excellent customer service, assisting customers with their meat selectionsEnsure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standardsManage stock rotation and minimise waste Requirements of this Butcher:
Proven experience as a butcher in a retail or food service setting
