Responsibilities

• Prepare, cut, trim, and package meat products according to customer requests and safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, equipment, and tools to ensure food safety.
• Monitor inventory, restock meat displays, and ensure proper storage and labeling of products.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience as a butcher or meat cutter is preferred.
• Knowledge of meat preparation techniques, food safety regulations, and knife-handling skills.
• Physical stamina to stand for long hours, lift heavy items, and work in cold environments.
