Butcher / Meat Processor (KITCHEN-HAND)

Our client is Australia's premier producer and supplier of biltong (air-dried beef) products with a vision of being recognized as the market leader in premium authentic South African biltong and meat snacks in Australia. 

Their manufacturing site is based in Cheltenham VIC 3192 and seeking Butcher / Meat Processor (Kitchen Hand) with experience but not essential.


Primary Purpose of the Role:
You will be in charge of preparing and processing biltong and other minor goods and products.


 Key Accountabilities 

Preparation and processing of meat and other products as per production requirements 

Operate plant equipment and machinery in an efficient hygienic and safe manner 

Maintain hygiene requirements of processing areas and ensure ongoing cleanliness of the facility
