We are currently recruiting for an experienced and hands-on Butchery Manager to join our retail operations team. The successful candidate will take full responsibility for the daily management and performance of the butchery department within a busy supermarket environment. This role requires a strong operational leader with excellent product knowledge, commercial awareness, and the ability to lead and motivate a butchery team while ensuring exceptional product quality, customer service, hygiene standards, and profitability.
