Main Responsibilities

Assist with guest check-in and check-out processes, including offering valet services.
Offer to unpack and settle guests into rooms or suites, explaining all available services and facilities in detail.
Assist with itinerary planning and the booking of restaurants, activities, and excursions.
Provide personalized service with urgency, dedication, and attention to detail, ensuring a positive and memorable guest experience.
Develop and maintain detailed records of guest preferences, including allergies, likes, and dislikes, ensuring information is communicated accurately to relevant departments for current and future visits while maintaining privacy and confidentiality.
