This is a guest-facing role at the heart of the lodge experience, suited to a mature, confident hospitality professional with a genuine love for people, nature, and the industry. The property welcomes international guests for exclusive seven-night fixed-stay experiences, creating a structured and predictable operational rhythm within a beautifully redesigned lodge environment. The successful candidates will bring warmth, professionalism, and the ability to anticipate guest needs across all areas of service.

Core Criteria:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in lodge service, waitering, bar service, or guest hosting


• Exceptional English fluency, written and spoken, is essential and non-negotiable
