Position Overview

Introduction:

Responsibilities:
Execute purchasing and procurement activities in accordance with production requirements and business demands
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to achieve competitive pricing, quality, and delivery performance
Issue and monitor Purchase Orders (POs), ensuring timely delivery of materials and services
Coordinate closely with Production, Planning, Warehouse, and other related departments to support smooth operations
Monitor inventory levels and adjust purchasing schedules to optimize stock availability and minimize shortages or excess inventory
Review purchasing documents, including quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and related records for accuracy and compliance
