Key Responsibilities

Strategic Sourcing & Procurement

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for key raw materials and packaging inputs.
• Source and procure materials from local and international suppliers.
• Manage procurement activities for imported raw materials, including resins, films, adhesives, inks and related manufacturing materials.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction, supplier consolidation and value engineering.
• Conduct supplier evaluations and benchmarking exercises.

Supplier Relationship Management

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers.
• Lead supplier negotiations relating to pricing, payment terms, lead times and service levels.
• Monitor supplier performance and implement corrective actions where required.
• Identify and mitigate supply risks through supplier diversification and contingency planning.
