Create, process, and track purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery with vendor follow-up 

Complete the required daily routine of MRP actions and associated analysis, problem solving, and reporting to maintain timely flow of purchased material and communication regarding delivery dates, including the review of inventory levels,safety stock, customer orders, etc.

Maintain accurate system data for all purchase parameters including lead-times, price, lot sizes, minimums, and multiples.

Actively seek alternate sources or substitutions to proactively solve material availability issues while seeking to optimize lead-time, price, and inventory investment.

Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with suppliers to drive a favorable total cost solution.
