The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the procurement process, ensuring the timely acquisition of materials and supplies to support efficient production operations.

Responsibilities

• Gather data and prepare negotiations (content and organizational aspects)
• Research suppliers and raw materials
• Compare prices; assist in maintaining price tools with lead buyers
• Send out contracts, check order confirmations, inform lead buyers of changes
• Prepare, create, maintain, and track contracts in SAP
• Create and maintain supplier and material master data
• Efficiently manage samples
• Handle administrative processing for complaints in consultation with lead buyers
