Overview

The purpose of a Buyers Assistant at our rapidly expanding OK Franchise Division is to support the delivery of the Foods Buying objectives through efficient and effective execution of all operational and administrative functions related to the buying process.

Responsibilities

• Capture buying related data in the system
• Place orders and handle administrative and data queries from vendors, suppliers, distribution centers (DCs), and stores
• Quality check all information input and captured
• List products and capture price increases
• Maintain master data in the system and liaise with suppliers about data changes
• Collaborate with the OK Franchise Buyer and Buying team to support achievement of commercial targets
