Key Responsibilities
Provide procurement support across Chesterfield Royal Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and other stakeholder organisations.
Assist the Procurement Team with day‑to‑day operations, including updating and maintaining procurement systems (Procurement Catalogues, Unit 4 (Agresso) integration, Contracts Database, Stock Management systems).
Liaise with the Procurement Team, customers and suppliers to resolve issues, ensuring an effective cost‑efficient service and first‑class customer service.
Ensure accuracy, meet tight deadlines and comply with policies and procedures to achieve key performance targets.
Raise awareness of the procurement department and provide advice and guidance to relevant departments.
