**Description:**
You will be the C-130 Final Assembly Manager - Level 5 for the Final Assembly, Trim, Engine Shop and Component Paint team which is responsible for delivering high‑quality C130J aircraft.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the C-130 Final Assembly Manager - Level 5 you will be responsible for leading culture, safety, FOD, quality, cost and schedule obligations for a 130‑person team on the C130J program.
Your responsibilities will include:
+ Drive a safety‑first culture and enforce FOD‑control standards.
+ Ensure product quality meets stringent aerospace requirements.
+ Manage cost performance and drive continuous improvement.
+ Maintain schedule fidelity and mitigate delivery risks.
+ Mentor and develop both salaried staff and artisans/mechanics.
