Cabin Crew Training Administrator – you’ll play a vital role in keeping our cabin crew trained, certified, and ready to fly.
Your main tasks
- Keep our training records sharp and up to date: track and control all training records using PDFs and the TMS (Prodefis).
- Coordinate the Cabin Crew Training Team: provide support, solve small daily issues, and keep communication flowing with a positive tone.
- Control and organize all training needs:
- Schedule trainings based on expiry dates and course cycles.
- Plan Initial, Upgrade, Ground, and Special Courses, ensuring everything aligns with regulatory and internal rules.
- Make sure our instructors meet the requirements to stay current.
- Update systems and platforms:
- Track and update the system of the cabin crew chronograms in AIMS (Syllabus, Codes, expiries, etc.).
- Manage the Cabin Crew Training inbox with care and attention.
