To refurbish, modernise, and renew modular buildings, ensuring units are restored to a high standard and ready for hire.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare surfaces and carry out painting and finishing workUndertake basic plumbing tasksInstall and repair windows and doorsCarry out general maintenance and refurbishment workOperate a variety of hand and power tools safelyRemove and replace flooring, wall panels, and ceiling panelsEnsure all work meets company quality standards and customer expectationsSupport a range of tasks as required within the refurbishment processSkills & Experience Required
