Requirements & Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of Global Markets businesses, including FICC and Equities trading activities.


• Knowledge of trading practices and risk management, and supervisory control expectations.


• Valuation and product knowledge across GM products (e.g., rates, FX, credit, commodities, equity derivatives)


• Familiarity with conduct and regulatory expectations, particularly around Market Conduct, Market Abuse, and trade surveillance frameworks.


• Experience engaging with control functions (e.g., Compliance, Risk, Audit) and understanding control remediation, supervisory controls, and monitoring requirements.


• Ability to analyse issues and processes, identify control gaps, and articulate proposed enhancements clearly and effectively.
