Job Description:
Design jigs, fixtures, moulds, gauges, and assembly aids
Produce 3D CAD models, 2D drawings, BOMs, and technical documentation
Apply GD&T principles and support tooling design for manufacturability
Support product industrialisation from prototyping through to production
Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and production teams
Assist with tooling improvements, troubleshooting, and supplier coordination
Skills & Experience:

Minimum 4 years' experience in CAD design and development environments
Strong proficiency in SolidWorks or similar MCAD software
Experience with PDM systems, GD&T, tolerance analysis, and technical drawings
Knowledge of tooling, fixtures, moulds, and manufacturing processes
Experience within aerospace, automotive, composites, or precision engineering environments advantageous
Proficient in Microsoft Office
