Identifies and reports discrepancies or design issues between architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, sanitary, and fire protection plans to the Project Manager.
Monitors and follows up on the resolution of discrepancies in construction drawings.
Conducts quality assurance and quality control through regular observation and inspection of contractors’ work and materials.
Attends walk-thru inspections to monitor work progress and identify potential problems.
