CAD Technician

Location: Eye, Suffolk

The Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for a CAD Technician to join a successful and growing manufacturing business. This is a key position within the Design, Engineering and Projects team, providing technical support across a range of bespoke, high‑value projects for customers both in the UK and internationally.

This role offers the opportunity to work alongside an experienced design team, developing innovative engineering solutions while supporting products from concept through to manufacture.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce accurate 2D and 3D engineering drawings in line with customer requirements, company standards, and project timescales.
• Create and maintain detailed Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• Apply Design for Manufacture (DFM) principles and value‑engineering techniques to optimise designs for production.
