Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for the preparation of survey plats and maps, including boundary surveys, as-built surveys, topographic surveys, and utility route surveys, ensuring compliance with the requirements of various agencies such as VDOT, USACE, and NAVFAC. Work assignments will vary based on office needs and will be communicated by the office manager.
Responsibilities

+ Manage individual projects effectively.

+ Conduct court house research.

+ Process data collected by survey crews.

+ Prepare CAD files and perform construction staking calculations.

+ Engage in occasional field work as necessary.

Essential Skills

+ Minimum of 5 years of surveying-related experience.

+ Proficient use of Carlson and AutoCAD Civil 3D.

+ Experience with or exposure to MicroStation with GeoPak and/or OpenRoads.
