About the Role

We are looking for fresh graduates of Chemical Engineering to join our team as Cadet Engineers . This role offers hands‑on training and exposure to our main production line, where you will learn to analyze processes, monitor outputs, and ensure operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in process analysis to identify areas for improvement and efficiency.
• Monitor production outputs and manpower allocation to meet daily targets.
• Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all production activities.
• Collaborate with supervisors and production staff to maintain smooth operations.
