Cadrex is seeking a hands-on, operationally minded Site Controller to lead the finance and accounting function for our Mukilteo, WA manufacturing facility. This role is critical to supporting financial reliability, operational decision-making, and profitable growth within a smaller high-mix precision manufacturing environment.




Reporting to the BU CFO and partnering closely with the Plant Manager, the Site Controller will own the site P&L, monthly close, standard costing, forecasting support, and local finance processes while helping operations leaders understand the financial impact of business decisions.
