Specialized CAE engineer to develop and verify harness components performing CAE/FEA with Moldflow.

Responsibilities

• CAE/FEA simulations development to validate and optimize molds used to produce plastic parts
• Design and modification of simulations with Autodesk Moldflow
• Mold designs optimization
• Quality improvement and cycle times reduction
• To validate designs comply with guidelines and rules defined by the client
• Design and release of workproducts into PLM system
• Suppliers management for product/process qualification (PPAP agreement)
• To advice design changes for manufacturability
• Manage tooling manufacturing with suppliers to meet requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics engineering or equivalent
• 4-6 years of relevant experience
