We’re looking for a Café Chef who understands balance — flavour, texture, colour, and nutrition — and who can bring care and consistency to everyday food: salads, grain bowls, sandwiches, and light plates.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with fresh produce, values systems and discipline in the kitchen, and takes pride in thoughtful presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead preparation and execution of salads, bowls, sandwiches, and café plates
• Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, and plating
• Maintain hygiene standards, prep systems, and inventory control
• Contribute to seasonal menu development
• Work closely with founders on refining the food direction

Who You Are:

• 2–5 years of experience in a professional kitchen (modern café experience preferred)
• Strong understanding of flavour pairing and fresh ingredients
