What you’ll be responsible for

• Managing all aspects of food preparation, service and delivery within a seasonal retail catering environment to ensure an exceptional food service quality
• Ensuring as a department the delivery of a high‑quality product / offering, to service meetings, events customer requirements and market trends
• Complete food orders, menus costing and theoretical GP on all products to allow comparison to actual, whilst achieving target GP overall
