Manage the daily operation of a cat cafe. Attend to customers’ enquiries. Manage bookings and walk-ins. Ensure the cleanliness of the cafe and wellbeing of the cats. Manage the cafe’s social media accounts to generate sales for the cafe.
Responsibilities Social Media & Brand Awareness - Post on Instagram, TikTok, and Google at least 4 times per week.
- Capture content and promote the café experience.
- Reply to messages and comments promptly.
- Encourage customer interaction and reviews.
Housekeeping & Opening - Perform daily cleaning from 10:30 AM – 11:30 AM.
- Ensure the café is clean and ready before opening at 11:30 AM.
Customer Service - Be friendly, attentive, and professional at all times.
- Assist customers and answer enquiries clearly.
- Create a welcoming and enjoyable experience.
