• 30p PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Operate cash register, make change and accurately reconcile daily receipts.


• Responsible for setting up and breaking down of all food areas.
• Maintain cafeteria seating and serving areas in a clean and orderly fashion.
• Follow sanitation guidelines as authorized by the DPH and Infection Control Policies and Procedures.
• Inform supervisor as to supply needs.

PREREQUISITES:

• Ability to read and comprehend recipes and menus.


• Possess basic math skills and an ability to work with basic calculations and money.
• Must possess visual acuity for cleanliness.
