• Design and create stunning, bespoke wedding cakes tailored to each clients theme, style, and preferences.
• Decorate cakes using advanced techniques such as fondant sculpting, hand-painting, sugar flowers, edible lace, piping, airbrushing, and tier stacking.
• Create mood boards or sketches for client approval before production (optional based on workflow).
