Responsibilities - Reviewing design plans, process procedures, test procedures, and quality manuals.
- Ensuring manufacturing and test equipment is calibrated and tested, and products meet the organizations and customers’ quality and product integrity requirements.
- Supporting operations team by providing analysis and expertise throughout the inspection process.
- Identifying root causes of problems in the production process and recommending corrective measures.
- Analyzing incidents reported back from the field and adapting internal guidelines accordingly.
- Analyzing data to identify trends in product quality or defects, to mitigate and prevent recurrence.
