Duties & Responsibilities
Contact prospective customers to promote and sell vehicle insurance and tracking products.
Generate new business through outbound sales activities and lead follow-ups.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance and tracking solutions.
Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and policy terms clearly and accurately.
Handle customer objections professionally and effectively to close sales.
Generate quotations and assist customers through the application and sales process.
Maintain accurate customer records and update information on the CRM system.
Follow up on leads and sales opportunities to maximize conversion rates.
