Applicants must be able to complete the rest of the recruitment process on site in Cebu City after passing the over-the-phone pre-screening interview.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

• At least a high school diploma (following the previous curriculum) or higher education
• Open to candidates with or without experience
• Must be willing to work on-site in Cebu City ASAP
• Educational requirement: high school diploma
• Experience in BPO is a plus but not required
