Bilingual Call Center Representative


Robert Half is partnering with a growing organization to identify a professional and customer-focused Bilingual Call Center Representative. This position is responsible for assisting customers by phone, answering questions, resolving concerns, and providing accurate information in a fast-paced call center environment.


Candidates must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish and comfortable assisting customers in both languages.


Key Responsibilities

+ Answer a high volume of inbound customer calls in both English and Spanish

+ Assist customers with questions regarding products, services, accounts, orders, billing, and company policies
